Pottawattamie County Board of Review

From April 16 through May 5, the Assessor's Office accepts petitions to the Board of Review protesting assessed values. Petitions should meet certain conditions detailed on the protest form available at both the Assessor's Office and here.

The Board of Review is composed of 5 respected members from the community: Chairman Robert W. Knox, Dudley Wilber, Dave Niemann, Bob Soloth, and Herman Timm. Sarah Pickrell is the Board Clerk. Leanne Gifford is Assistant County Attorney.
